Guidance classes are a basic level yoga dance class with some life inspiration mixed in the middle. We’ll breathe, stretch, groove, reflect, and practice the art of being present in our bodies.

This class is for replenishing your mind, body, soul and empowering you to be your absolute best in the world.
Each week will focus on a specific theme. Topics include: gaining deeper self trust, working through fear, handling the inner mean girl, confidence in expression, and how to work miracles in your life.
All levels welcome. Basic yoga stretches and dance moves only.
This is a a class for every BODY.
Bring: yoga mat, journal, pen, water
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Tennis shoes or barefoot.
